Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: Lakeview bedroom with balcony, one queen bed, and a futon, accommodating up to 4 people.
• Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, accommodating up to four people.
• Sofa bed in the living room, able to sleep up to two people.

Bathroom Facilities:

• One full bathroom with a stand-up shower on the second floor.
• A main bathroom on the first floor for added convenience.

Rental Details:

• Minimum 3-night rental required.
• Rates start at $350 plus tax per night for two people.  Min 3 night.  $50 cleaning fee plus tax
• Additional $30 plus tax per additional person.
• Tax rate: 15%.
• If we can accommodate two-night bookings we will although rare, we apply $85 cleaning fee applicable for bookings of 2 nights.
• We may ask for damage deposit upon booking
